This cute roof top 1BR of 40m² is located on the 7th floor with an elevator, in the 9th arrondissement, rue de Dunkerque. This apartment has carpet floor except in the kitchen and bathroom.
Can accommodate 2 people.

The living room has 2 armchairs, a sofa, a coffee table, shelves, a television, a DVD player, a desk with a computer. From the windows you’ll admire the great view on the Sacré Coeur and Butte Montmartre.
A high speed Internet connection and the cable TV are at your disposal.

The opened kitchen is fitted with a bar, stool bars, hotplates, a fridge with a freezer, a sink, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker. Dishes and all utensils you may need are at your disposal to cook.

The bedroom has a bed for 2 people, shelves, wardrobe for all your clothes.
From the bedroom you’ll get to terrace with a table, 3 chairs and plants. You’ll see the Eiffel tower and other famous monuments of Paris.
