Ce que nous proposons c’est une vraie colocation : une coloc de 7 personnes (donc 7 chambres), 2 cuisines, 2 salles de bains, un jardin de 100 m2, un salon de 40 m2, dans une maison de ville à quelques minutes à pied de l’université, donc du metro. La zone est pavillonnaire elle ne craint pas.
