Our apartment called "Escuder" is a bright and newly renovated apartment in the heart of Barceloneta. The apartment has one bedroom, salon, kitchen and one bathroom, which all are in excellent conditions. There is also access to a roof terrace with amazing views over the city. In the apartment you can find a double bed, so the apartment is suitable for couples or a single person. All the furniture and floor are wooden which makes warm atmosphere to the apartment. Barceloneta is a perfect area for those who want to be close to the sea and the city centre. It is only 50 meters away from the beach and the port. The historical town as well as La Rambla is located within walking distance. The nearest metro station is only two minutes away and the local bus service even closer for those of you who prefer not to walk.
Minimum stay: one month
900 €/month + bills
