A very charming, newly restored studio in rue Coustou, 40 meters from Amelie's cafe in rue Lepic.

Newly restored, the studio has authentic oak floor, beams in walls, kitchenette in dark wood, it is modern and tastefully decorated with a touch of the 60ies.

It includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2), fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, cooking plates, boilers, toaster, dishes, basic products etc.), table, dressing, separate bathroom with bath tub and showerhead.

Television LCD, DVD, high speed internet access, free phone to 49 destinations incl. cell phone calls to the USA and Canada.

The aera is really charming; bohemian, bourgeois and touristy. You'll find traditional cafés and artisanal shops next to young creators, fashion and art galleries.
Every weekend the aera becomes pedestrian, and rue Lepic is transformed into a lively market with fresh quality products, street musicians, outdoor cafés..

3 metro lines (metro Blanche at 200 meters) and several bus lines make it easy to go everywhere in Paris. It is on the borderline between the 18th and 9th arrondissement. Walking distance to several highlights.

The studio is on french 3rd floor in a charming and secure building with digicode and concierge.
