Cosy and sunny flat located in the old Gothic neighbourhood in front of the Cathedral of Barcelona, within a short walking distance to Las Ramblas, many museums, cultural centres, and the beach! Don't miss out on this opportunity to be in the heart of Barcelona's hub for great restaurants and bustling nightlife.
We charge a 30E cleaning fee and require a 150E deposit that will be returned at end of your stay (provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal wear). 25% fee increase applies during the holidays (Christmas, New Years,exhibitions etc) and throughout major city exhibitions and events. (In case you are a firm and need receipt, taxes will not be included).
Description
Flat has a double bed, double sofa bed, washing machine, TV/DVD, complete bathroom, towels and bed linens are provided. There are ventilators and Balcony. Also, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, etc. Flat is on the 4th floor of building without an elevator.
VW transporter 8 people with driver from airport to the flat!
