Chalet Genepi is situated in the picturesque and traditional village of Le Bettaix, which has a bar/restaurant and a ski hire shop.

Le Bettaix is a short chair lift or a 6 minute car trip from the bigger resort of Les Menuires, and two lifts or a 14 minute drive from Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe.

The chalet is just 400m from the chair lift but we'll drive you to the Le Bettaix chairlift in the morning, and then in the evening, you can either ski the blue run back to Le Bettaix or we can pick you up from Les Menuires centre (if appropriate). We do all this to give you maximum skiing time, minimum walking!

At 2,300 metres, Val Thorens is the most snow sure resort you´ll find in Europe. To illustrate its height advantage, Val Thorens is 900 metres higher than Meribel! Furthermore, Les Menuires and Val Thorens form part of the Three Valleys, the largest ski area in the world, totalling over 600km of piste!

Chalet Genepi (sleeps 10 people) is architect designed and newly built. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite and there is a sauna. It has a beautiful and unspoilt view.

A spiral staircase leads up to four large bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and two have three single beds in each.

Bedroom(s):
All the bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed from the ground floor by a large, spiral staircase. Each bedroom has an en-suite, high-quality bathroom with a basin, shower and WC.

Each bedroom has a dressing table, good hanging and storage space, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. Two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the river Doron.

All 4 en-suite bathrooms are high-quality and have very modern fixtures and fittings (including a basin).

Living Room:
On the ground floor is a beautiful open plan living area with wide-screen TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs and board games, a wood burning stove and a large outdoor terrace. There is also free, unlimited wireless broadband access.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped and can easily cater for 10 people.

Other:
Chalet Genepi is newly built, warm and welcoming. On the ground floor is the ski/boot room and the sauna room (which also includes a shower enclosure and WC). Both the ski/boot room and the sauna room have towel dryers.

The chalet is detached so children and adults can make as much noise as they like, and there is plenty of outdoor space for playing in the snow! The chalet is non-smoking, ashtrays are provided on the balconies.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The chalet is fully catered and hosted and includes all meals (except lunch), bed linen, towels and cleaning service.
