Hi,

I live in a big appartment in rue de Maubeuge, in the middle of Paris.
10 minutes walk to Opera, 15 minutes to Pigalle, 20 minutes to le Sacré Coeur, 25 minutes to Notre Dame.

It's a really really nice place very well situated.

Groceries, Fruit Store, Wine Store in front of the appartment, many many restaurants, markets...
the rue des martyrs is just the street behind here.

As my roomates are living for the vacations, I rent their room.

- Kitchen all equiped (washing machine, drying machine)
- Toilets
- 2 Bathrooms (1 for your use only)
- 1 bedroom (~12m²/130 sq.ft , TV + Playstation 3)
- 1 huge diner room (~22 m²/240 sq.ft , TV + HiFi + WiFi)

I live in my bedroom, never use & never go to the diner room that will be all yours.
I can cook for you some time (french cooking ^^)

I have many mattresses and another bed so you can come from 2 to 6 people depending on the comfort you are loooking for.

I can use some of my time to show you around in Paris, explain how works the public transport etc.

It's available only a short time, from the 26th of July to the 14th of August.

Price : 350€/week 60€/day
(275 £/week 47 £/day)
