France and free calls for abroad (for some countries). Calls are not
free for mobile calls, you also have an internet connection (wifi or

portable double stovetop and all cooking utensils necessary. The
bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine (+
a drying-rack tower). One set of towels and bed linens are provided

email or fax.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Montmartre, the neighborhood surrounding the studio, maintains its
physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact.
True montmartrians however, use their feet to visit the area. This
is the perfect way to enjoy the unique architecture of the area:
there are tiny exquisite squares, wooden houses, hidden parks,
winding streets, small terraces and long stairways plus the Butte’s
famous vineyard. Many shops and stores are close to the apartment:
bakery, butcher, supermarket, theater, restaurants, cafes, club,
laundromat, doctor, and drugstore.

Activities and Attractions

The studio is located in the 18th arrondissement at 7, rue Nicolet.
Situated at the foot of the Butte Montmartre, the studio is 5
minute walk to the “Sacré Coeur” (the Sacred-Heart Basilica of
Montmartre) with its spectacular views of Paris. The studio is a 5
to 10 minute walk from two Metro lines: Jules Joffrin (Line 12),
Château Rouge (Line 4) and Marcadet-Poissonnier (Line 4) which will
take you directly to some of the most famous and historic sites in
Paris – such as the Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuileries,
Châtelet, Les Halles, St-Germain-des-Prés, Champs-Elysées, etc...

The studio is also a short walk from three bus lines: line 80, line 85
and the “Montmartrobus” which takes you around the best sites in
Montmartre and to Pigalle the home of the famous French “Le Moulin
Rouge”. Additionally, the studio is about a 20 minute walk (or 2
stop Metro ride) to the famous flea market, known as Saint Ouen or
Clignancourt, is the biggest antiques market in the world with 2,500
stands and 12 different sections - a labyrinth of antique furniture,
clothing and collectables.
