Japanese IT Company in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is looking for General Manager. The primary responsibility of the Director/General Manager is leading the team by managing multiple tasks to expand the business globally.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Employment: Fulltime/Permanent
Report directly to CEO

Responsibilities:
• Monitor progress of program objectives that affect the quality and level of services provided and the company’s success.
• Identify problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Provide firm-wide leadership in all IT activities.
• Oversee all of the firm's business functions as well as the day-to-day operations.
• Develop, implement and administer IT policies, procedures, protocols and budget.
• Assist other senior level administrators and affiliates with integrating IT into their strategic plans
• Oversee IT job definition, hiring and evaluation of IT staff
• Lead or coordinate the strategic planning of the company.
• Manage overall strategic planning and direction of the company
• Prepares and reports as needed or requested quickly.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Prepare clear, concise and informative reports, correspondence and other written materials.
• Overseas travel required.

Requirement/Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of proven progressive IT marketing experience including 3+ years IT management experience.
• IT budget experience, project management experience and superior written / verbal communication skills.
• Skills in providing supervision, leadership, and technical support to staff.
• Willingness to expand the business.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them as required.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw reasonable conclusions
• Japanese language skills.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degrees or advanced management degree is preferred.

Compensation：　up to €100K/year (gross)

*Probation period: First 3 month: €４K/month（gross）- Training provided at the company’s headquarter in US.
*Visa will be sponsored if you are an ideal/qualified candidate.
