What we are looking for:
We are recruiting a team of freelancers from all levels of expertise. We work with small and medium size companies (Amsterdam area) that outsource IT services.
Customer skills:
Customer support skills required. Dutch is a plus but not required.
Technical skills
Desktop support:
OS installation, troubleshooting. Configuration Office applications, Printers
Mac support, Windows support
Hardware:
Desktop systems (Mac- pc), servers (HP, X-servers)
