Fancy a home from home for weekends and holidays in a mountain village? Or perhaps you want a full-time base with a view? This is it.

I have been renting the apartment in my chalet for weekly holiday lets (both winter ski season and summer) and I can no longer manage. I'm looking for a long-term let, ideally minimum 12-month let but this is negotiable.

Winter Season 08/09 Rental also available at a higher price.

The apartment has its own entrance down some steps from the driveway and is on the lowest level of the chalet. It is fully furnished and equipped. I live part time in the upper part of the chalet.

The chalet is in a quiet position 500m from shops (open only in season) on walking/cycling tracks (cross-country ski tracks in winter) and it is just 3 minutes drive to ski slopes. The view is fabulous.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 - 6 people. It has its own garden and off-road parking available for 1 or 2 cars.

Price is negotiable depending what exactly you want included, how long you want it for and how you will use the apartment. Guideline: Euros 1000 per month + various charges (based on 12 months let - approx Euros 1200 all included). If you only want the apartment for the winter ski season, then the all-inclusive price for the season is
9,000 euros.
