The Healing Tao is a system of exercises and meditations based on Chinese Taoism that can help you to enhance your overall health and vitality. I am a certified teacher offering the basic course in English from Sept. 15 at the Aurora Centrum in Amsterdam.

The Basic Course I includes a focus on:
• Qi Gong exercises to promote a more open, flexible, clear, grounded body. Iron Shirt Qi Gong postures activate the inner force and increase the flow of chi energy in the body.
• The Inner Smile to help relax your internal organs and spine, and the Six Healing Sounds to detoxify and cool down your system, calm and balance your emotions.

The Basic Course II is a follow-up to Basic Course I, starting in Feb., 2008. It includes the Basic I material, plus the Microcosmic Orbit exercises.

Basic Course I: Sept. 15 – Dec. 1, 2008 (11 classes, except October 27).
• Monday evenings 8:15 p.m. – 10:15 p.m. Fee: € 180.
• Aurora Centrum, Herengracht 607, Amsterdam
