This spacious apartment of 71m² is located on the 6th French floor with elevator of a modern and secured building, in the 1th arrondissement, on the Quai Jemmapes with a great view of Paris and of the Seine.
Can receive 4 – 5 people.

The large entrance gives access to a spacious living room furnished with shelves, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, large windows that give access to the balcony, a dining table with chairs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a bed for 2 people, the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed. An additional baby bed can be provided.

Location: This part of the 11th arrondissement is an ideal place to visit Paris, minutes by walk from Republique, this area is since few years the new place to be. Restaurants, bars, lively area on the Quai, you'll find nearby, open air markets, supermarkets, as well as bakeries, bars and typical restaurants and cafes.


Closest Metro: Gare de L’Est (line4,5,7) or Colonel Fabien (line2) you’ll be few minute walk from Republique where you can also catch the lines : 3,5,8,9 and 11

Price per week : 700 euros (utilities and agency fees included).
