La Cour a 3 bedroomed apartment on two storeys situated upon the La Giraudiere hamlet. The name La Cour derives from this apartments position within the hamlet. La Cour is snuggled bewteen two other apartments and has access to both the east and west facing courtyards, very popular with visitors that like to take the sunshine with there breakfast in the east facing courtyard and then digest the evening sun with thier apertiffs in west facing courtyards. On the ground floor there is a large day / living room and equipped Kitchenette. There is a large walk in shower room and a seperate W.C. with hand basin. Heating is by means of either electric convectors or there is a fully operational wood burner set within the chimmney for those cosy winter evenings. There are two entrances to La Cour one via a large double glazed door which leads to the east facing courtyard and another door which leads to the west facing courtyard and a lawned area for meals alfresco. Parking is less than 10 meteres from the apartment. On the 1st floor there are 2 large double bedrooms and a single bedroom. One of the large double bedrooms could easily accommodate 3 single beds. The single bedroom would be ideal for a baby or infant has it just accommodates one bed. This apartment or Gite is ideal for families or groups. A sofa bed can be installed used to sleep a further two people upon the ground floor if so desired. The apartment is light and airy and very comfortable ideal for both short or long term stays.
Rentals include all service (Electric,water,Gas and a daily supply of wood for the wood burner if so desired) bed linen & Towelling are included and changed weekly.
