Set square in the middle of a pretty village not far from the small Limousin market town of Magnac Laval, this sturdy house is large to say the least. The exterior is seemingly very solid and the interior is more than habitable but does need some decorating and updating.
On the ground floor is a large hallway leading to a very big downstairs room (40m2) beyond this is a kitchen area (20m2). The wooden stairway leads to the first floor with three bedrooms (15 – 20 – 20m2) as well as a family bathroom, large upstairs living room with corner kitchen area. There is also another stairway leading to the loft which is high enough to create further accommodation with the right planning permission. Behind the house is a good sized garden area around 500m2 and some old brick built buildings. Being only 40 minutes from Limoges airport this large village house would make an ideal B&B or a very big family home.
