If you're looking for a place to buy but can't find the time to view properties (after all, you usually only have the option of Monday - Friday 9-5), I can do it for you!
Makelaars charge a fortune and again they don't operate outside normal working hours. I won't and I can! Just contact me, tell me what you're looking for in detail and I'll narrow down all the properties for you once I have seen them myself. Details on funda are often not sufficient for you to know eg. If an apartment has 2 double bedrooms, so I can verify all that without you being disturbed at work.
I have experience in the property market and can't help with other things like mortgage advice too.
