This lovely 85m2, Art Deco one bedroom apartment is located in the Marais on a picturesque square of tree-lined streets, cafes and restaurants. Situated on the corner of the 3rd floor (with elevator) of an early 20th century building overlooking trees which are close enough to touch by sitting on one of the apartment's three balconies. Living in this centrally located Parisian apartment gives the impression of being in a village, tucked away from the daily routine of Parisian life just around the corner. It is a bright, airy and spacious one bedroom.

There is a large and comfortable couch that can sleep one adult.
