Our young real estate agency is specalized in the rentals of furnished accomodations or apartments to share.
We have several place to propose you all over Paris.
We can propose you this Original Parisian Style One-bedroom Apartment located in a attractive place. This lively area is bordering the Marais with its Arts Gallery, Picasso Museum and old architecture. It is also located at a short walking distance from the Bastille Place with its opera. On the other side, you will find also very close the Republique Place, the trendy Oberkampf area and the charming Canal Saint Martin banks.
This 45m² one-bedroom apartment is located on rue Saint Sabin, on the second floor of a 19th century walk-up building.
This nice apartment has kept the original « tommette » tiled floor that underlines the Original Parisian style.
The cosy living room has two double-glazd windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a bench, a wooden table with stools and a bench, a chest of drawers, a coffee table and shelves with a combo cable TV / VCR, a combo stereo / DVD player and books.
