One of the most youthful areas of Paris placed a few steps from the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, the Quartier Latin is so called because all communication between students and teachers took place in Latin from the Middle Ages until the French Revolution. Here is the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, with its sophisticated fashion shops and select restaurants. In addition, there are nice pubs and cafes, the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air market with all kinds of French specialties -- fresh French baguettes and pastries, seafood, choice fruits, vegetables, and unique sorts of cheeses. There are many other convenience stores, other select restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

This 20m2 (approx. 210 sq. ft.) apartment with a southern exposure is located on the first floor of a 19th beautiful couryard. A coded security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate.

The kitchen has two electric burners, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a a toilet and a washbasin baignoire.

The nearest metro station is Luxembourg (RER B).

Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
