This penthouse apartment is in the ‘Limon Mar’ complex and has both stair and elevator access, it offers 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite), 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner, American style open plan kitchen, intercom, and benefits from the use of a community pool. Formentera del Segura is a charming village within short driving distance of the Costa Blanca coastline, and close to golf courses and other facilities, it enjoys terrific weather conditions throughout the year, so is great for winter breaks as well as summer holidays. It has good road connections and is just a half hours drive from Alicante airport, and about the same distance from Murcia (San Javier) airport, either can be reached by way of the AP-7 motorway which is a very reliable route and also the N-332 coast road, short term renters may be advised to book a car hire vehicle from the airport, in order to get the most from their visit. Formentera del Segura is close to the Alicante towns of Rojales, Ciudad Quesada and Guardamar del Segura, and handy for touring both the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.
