There is a wine cellar, garage situated in an annex. Furthermore, you have the full access to the pleasant gardens with breathtaking views (unabstructed of the rolling countryside from all windows). The well-kept park gardens (1000m2) have diverse terraces and a great overlook of the lovely french country landscape.

NEARBY: Fountainbleau, Disneyland, Paris and Wine Country, Woods, fields, lovely villages, castles, big recreation lakes, and nature parks within a radius of 15km, distinguish the centralized location. You will find centuries old forests and chateaus where fantastic hikes and explorations can take place.

Furthermore, in SENS, you will find a fully cosmopolitan french city of 30,000 people approx 12km to the southwest.

CONCERTS and FESTIVALS: Annually in Summer and Fall: concerts and theatre is performed in nearby castles with more than 100 actors and 30 horses.
