This town house is situated in the very attractive and popular medieval town of Le Dorat, some 45 minutes from Limoges. The property sits on the edge of the town so you have the feeling to be in the countryside and yet you can walk to then local supermarket, and the very good little restaurants this pretty town offers.
The property has on the ground floor, a largish partly fitted kitchen (13m˛) then you go through an arch (was very popular once upon a time) to the living/dining room. This one opens onto the large covered terrace with fabulous views over the countryside. The covered terrace leads to a garage which is attached to the property and there are numerous other outbuildings at the back (pigs sty , cellar etc and the boiler room for the gas central heating which is only 5 years old ).The garden offers another terrace surrounded by 6 lime trees and the attached garden below is very attractive over 1000m˛ with a well, a plus when you live in town! It is much bigger than it looks from outside and if you want to live in town with the feeling of being in the country, this is the place you are looking for! (There is a railway station in town , so you do not need a car !!) NOTAIRES FEES: 7,710 EUROS
