Hello,
I would like to talk to other people who live in the US but own property in France, specifically Paris, and rent it out. Is there a good site to go to that has information on what is required to become a rental, what taxes must be filed, etc? Does anyone have any recommendations on people/services? But mostly I would like to get personal stories on the pros and cons.
