Zona compartida: Gran salón (amueblado y con TV internacional) con terraza muy soleada, cocina totalmente equipada (microondas, vitrocerámica, horno, frigorífico combi y lavadora en tendedero), baño completo.
Calefacción, aire acondicionado, internet, telefono y llamadas a fijos nacionales incluidas siempre y cuando se haga un uso responsable.
Videoportero y servicio de seguridad. Instalaciones comunes con piscina, jardín y pista de paddle.

Precios entre 340 y 385 € al mes, con todos los gastos incluidos, siempre y cuando no se haga un uso abusivo.
500 € de fianza y un mes de antelación para avisar de la salida del piso.
