Seymour Haden "Breaking up of the Agamemnon I"
Medium: original etching, 1870. Signed in pencil. Catalogue reference S 133. Plate size: 7 9/16 x 16 1/8 inches; some creasing through the print and a tear in the margin (up to the platemark, with a tape repair on verso). Printed on laid paper. This is a magnificent rich, dark impression! $1500

Medium: original engraving and mezzotint. Signed in pencil. Catalogue reference S 198. Plate size: 10 3/16 x 18 3/4 inches; some age-toning to the paper and please note, the signature is rather faint (not as dark as it appears in this photo).

Medium: original etching. Catalogue reference H116; S106. Published in London in 1868, this is a nice impression on watermarked laid paper. Size: 4 x 6 inches (image); plate size somewhat larger. $150

Medium: original etching. A fine impression on watermarked cream laid paper printed in 1880 for Philip Gilbert Hamerton's very scarce "Etching and Etchers", published in an edition of 1000. Signed in the plate (not by hand). Plate size: 5 1/2 x 7 7/8 inches (140 x 200mm). $350
