The Sri Sri Yoga course will be given over 2 weekends in October, 6 x 2 hours. The base yoga is Hatha Yoga, which is an ancient wisdom for a more peaceful way of life. Asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing) and meditation are the main tools used during the course and are easily accessible to all. These techniques allow us a union of body, mind and breathing with full awareness.

Each of the 2 hour class include :
- Yoga postures
- breathing techniques
- Meditation
- Deep relaxation
- Practical knowledge on life skills

This style of yoga suits all ages and physical conditions. It is a beautiful blend of working on the body level, the breath and the mind. From the first weekend, you will feel a difference not only on your flexibility but also in your awareness and activity of the mind. This will impact how you deal with your daily activities and hectic lifestyles.
