What we are looking for:
We are recruiting a team of freelancers from all levels of expertise. We work with small and medium size companies that outsource IT services.
Customer skills:
Customer support skills required. Dutch is a plus but not required.
Technical skills (expertise in all fields are not required)
Unix skills (shell scripting, knowledge of Linux, OSX and free bsd system configuration)
Microsoft : Understanding of Active Directories (enterprise policies, ldap interoperability, replication policies, user and machine management, security, etc)
servers:
Apache, IIS, Mysql, Postfix, Exchange, SMB, AFP, NFS, Zimbra
VOIP:
Asterisk
Programming:
HTML, XML, Web services, AJAX, PHP, Shell programming, Python
Hardware:
Desktop systems (Mac- pc), servers (HP, X-servers)
Networking:
TCP/IP (routing, firewalls, switches, vlans, topology),VPN (IPSEC), wireless technologies
Desktop support:
OS installation, troubleshooting. Configuration Office applications, Printers
Mac support, Windows support
