The Pilates Place is a peaceful and private Pilates studio in Amsterdam's Oud West, 5 minutes from Leidesplein.
Fully equipped with top of the range Pilates apparatus for working with postural issues, back pain, pregnancy and beyond, as well as addressing general fitness and strength/flexibility requirements.
For those in pain-free physical condition sessions will involve dynamic and flowing sequences on the equipment and on the mat. For those suffering from back pain or other injuries a more gentle, rehabilitative approach is taken. Pre and Post Natal clients are most welcome for a safe journey into and swift recovery from a physically empowered pregnancy and birth.
