Cosy Breton Cottage in St Nicolas du Pelem (Cotes d'Armor - Dept 22). Well located with all home comforts (satellite tv etc). Fully equipped shower room/utility room, corner kitchen, sleeps 4 people (cot and child's highchair available). Pets allowed, but please consult owners beforehand. The village is 75 minutes away from St Malo/Roscoff, nearest airport being Dinard Airport. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool in the village which is open from early June to the beginning of September. There are small enclosed front and rear gardens and patio with barbeque. Nearby are Gouarec with golf and other leisure facilities, Rostrenen (market town), the medieval town of Quintin, and the wonderful Lac de Guerledan (where other activities such as kayakking, sailing, swimming are available). There are nearby rivers for fishing, riding schools nearby and its not too far to travel to the north and south coast beaches. There is a large family bedroom, with ample space in the lounge, corner kitchen, utility room, shower room. All in all making a very comfortable cosy cottage. Prices include bed linen (which is changed weekly). There is a complimentary food pack (basic foodstuffs), to welcome the start of your holiday. Charges start from £130 (low season) to £210 (high season).
