We are the 17th of November and finaly, our "PIGEONIER" is still available from now till the end of January. 700 Euros per month all included.

"LE PIGEONNIER de LAUZANAC" is situated in South West FRANCE, Aquitaine area, in the Dordogne not far from Bordeaux and Bergerac.
This beautiful house is a cosy country self catering cottage which can welcome 2 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Situated in the countryside at 3 km far from the Medieval village of EYMET, at 20 km far from BERGERAC's airport and 25 km far from the center of Bergerac.

This cottage is available for long lets between the beginning of October and the end of March. Or for holidays after March and prices are per week.

The rental price is 700 Euros per month all included : electricity, gas for the central heating, water, wood for the stove, the Internet access (broadband), the satellite tv with English channels, the bed linen and towels at the beginning of the stay.

A nice place to stay for the winter, to have a rest if you are on holidays or to work with the Internet access close to the stove with a nice view trough the windows.
